Apple as you all know had already won the patent infringement case against Samsung in a USA court. Samsung now have to pay 1 billion dollar in damages to Apple for fringing its patents. Following are the patents which according to USA court Samsung infringes:
+ First patent (381) is related to the ‘bounce back’ effect. Bounce Back is basically related to scrolling functionality.
+ Second patent ( 915 ) covers software functionality such as “scrolling using single finger” , “Zoom Navigation”.
+ Third patent (163) covers common software functionality that is “tap to zoom in and out”.
