So guys and all Apple fans, your wait for the all new iPhone 5 is now finally over. Apple on 12th of September revealed the all new IPhone 5 with upgraded features and loaded with a new version of the much popular mobile OS that is Apple IOS 6.
Pre orders for this new iPhone has already started in various countries which includes USA and some European countries. There is still no information about the Indian availability of this new device. One can pre order at Apple’s official website or can place order at any of the Apple’s exclusive stores. One can also place a pre order on the website of their respective telecom operators in USA and UK. The shipping date is mentioned as 21st September.
As far as the pricing part is concerned, the price of the SIM free 16 GB model of iPhone 5 is 660 euro which is approximately equal to Rs. 47,000 in our country. Other model includes a 32 GB and a 64 GB variants. Indian pricing will definitely be on the higher side. The most probable price for this new iPhone in India will be around Rs. 50,000.
Now let us come to specs. This new iPhone is equipped with the all new4 inch Retina display with an absurd resolution of 1136 X 640 pixels. The new iPhone will be compatible with most of the 4G LTE networks around the world. Because of the new technology, this new device is thinner than its predecessor. It is also lighter as compared to iPhone 4S and weighs only 112 gm.
Real hardware specs are still not known but intial announcement by Apple indicates the presence of a dual core CPU based Cortex A15 32nm architecture and is known as A6 chip be Apple. Apple claims that the performance of this new chip is 2 times the performance of the chip which is being used is iPhone 4S.
In camera department, Apple iPhone 5 is equipped with a 8MP primary camera which can now shoot in panorama mode also. Front camera is nearly same and can be used for video chat @ 720P. Primary camera sensor in the new iPhone 5 is claimed to be 25 percent smaller as compared to its predecessor.
Apple iphone 5 is definitely not a innovative device but people are still waiting in queues for purchasing one of this precious mobile. This is definitely Apple Fanboism which has gripped the young generation and forcing them to think that iPhone is the only smartphone in the world.
BTW i am not a fan of any mobile or smartphone. I still prefer my old landline phone instead of these little radiators 🙂
