After carefully analyzing all the situation Google finally decided to launch its own high speed broadband and television services. Presently this service will be available only to the residents of Kansas City, USA but will spread to other cities and states as the network grows.

The main attraction of this new broadband + television service from Google is that it will provide an Internet connection to end users with a speed of up to massive 1 Gbps which is 100 times more than the average broadband speed of USA. This particular service from Google will not include landline service.

According to Google, this new broadband connection will connect the computer of a normal user or end user to its data center via Google optical fiber cable which enable end user to experience high upload and download speeds. This is very similar to FTTH service only.

Users can adopt for either of the two packages listed below:
-> TV + Broadband = This will cost you around 120 $ per month
-> Broadband only = This is priced at 70 $ per month only.
    * Speed of broadband in both these plans will be 1 Gbps.

But these are some restrictions which one need to go through before applying for this high speed connection. These are listed below:
+ First one is that Google will charge 300 $ for initial installation of the fiber and other equipments.
+ One can apply for this connection if and if only when there are atleast 50 prospective users from your neighbor who will also apply for the same service from Google.

Google is giving away free Google Nexus 7 tablet as an early bird offer to its intial customers.
