Karbon Mobiles, a company based in India which is known for producing cheap smartphones has now decided to enter into the already saturated tablet market with launch of its new Tablet here in India. But mind it, this tablet will be somewhat different from the already available cheap tablet in India. The main difference is that this new tablet will be powered by the latest version of the Android operating system that is Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.

This new tablet by Karbon Mobiles will be named Smart Tab 1. The all new Smart Tab 1 will feature a 7 inch capacitive display and 1.2 GHz single core processor. It will also feature a 2 MP primary camera and is able to support 3G dongles.

However potential buyers need to precaution before buying this device as this is powered by a CPU which is based in the MIPS architecture instead of ARM architecture which is primarily used in tablets and smartphones presently. This will cause majority of the Android market application to become incompatible with this tablet.
