Among all the mobile manufacturers in India, Micromax perhaps is one of the most successful. They are also one of the first Indian smartphone manufacturer to launch Android based smartphones. Now expanding its portfolio in the smartphone arena, Micromax will soon launch a smartphone named A 100 with a massive 5 inch display.
Recently they had become the first tablet manufacturer to launch a 10 inch tablet under Rs. 10,000 in India. With the launch of A100 Micromax will definitely became headache for bigger companies like Samsung and Apple.
The smartphone A100 has made its first appearance on the website of Homeshop18. Presently it is listed on Homeshop18 for Rs. 9,999 but is not available for sale that is there is no ‘Buy Now’ option for the same. A100 will feature a 5 inch display with a resolution of 480 X 854 as per the spec sheet. There is no detail available on the core hardware secs of the phone. The primary operating system is mentioned as Android ICS 4.0
