As per the latest turn in the Samsung vs. Apple case, Samsung counter sued Apple for infringing three of its patents. This information was revealed in the court by a Samsung analyst Woodward Wang. Wang presently holds the post of Electrical Engineering professor at Harvard University.
The three patents which as per Wang were infringed by Apple are listed below:
1. First patent is regarding the feature which allow user to email photos directly from their smartphones.
2. Second patent is regarding the use of the Samsung patented wireless technology which is mainly related to 3G.
3. Third patent is regarding the search function which enables or facilitate smartphones users to easily look for the required photo in their phone’s Photo Album.
