If you are a student and wish to pay for your first domain and hosting on some international website than you will need a valid credit card to do so. You cannot pay using your normal debit card. Samsung Galaxy R is definitely one of the best Rs. 20,000 range in the Indian market right now. It is one of the two Dual Core smart phones available in that range, thought the chipset on both the phones is same. The other one is LG Optimus 2X.
